MKDA is proud to serve as Architect of Record for both the base building and interior design of Wynwood One, a new Apart-Hotel development that blends hospitality, community, and elevated lifestyle experiences in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood.

The project features 70 residential-style hotel units designed for short- and extended-stay living, all anchored by a thoughtfully programmed rooftop pool deck complete with a fitness center, lounge, and conference facilities. This amenity-rich level offers residents and guests panoramic views and a seamless live/work/play environment.

At street level, four bays of micro-retail support Wynwood’s culture of creativity and entrepreneurship. These small-format, local-first storefronts are intended to serve as incubators for independent businesses, in line with the neighborhood’s vibrant, community-driven spirit.

With planning and zoning approvals now secured, Wynwood One is targeting a construction start in summer 2025, marking an exciting milestone in the continued evolution of Wynwood.
