MKDA partnered with QuadReal, a global real estate investment and development firm, to design its workspace at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. Blending sleek, high-performance features with hospitality-inspired details, the design embodies QuadReal’s industry experience and its commitment to enhancing value while elevating tenant experiences. The reception area exemplifies this vision with a curved wood desk, a striking marble accent wall, warm finishes, and an inviting lounge that exudes both sophistication and approachability. This refined atmosphere extends into the pantry, where above-standard millwork, integrated shelving, and banquette seating establish a polished social hub for unwinding with colleagues.

The project team devised the work area to foster productivity and collaboration, incorporating a careful balance of open and private areas. Central lounges are strategically placed within the open work area, providing informal spaces for team interaction and brainstorming. Offices are positioned along both the interior and perimeter while elegant, glass-enclosed conference rooms and dedicated Zoom rooms offer quiet, tech-enabled environments for meetings and focused work.
