Alternative investment manager Brevan Howard just signed a deal for 21,768 square feet at Fisher Brothers’ 1345 Avenue of the Americas. MKDA is proud to be apart of Brevan Howard’s new location in midtown slated for early 2022. The 10-year lease will provide the company with ample space on the 28th floor of the Avenue of the Americas tower between 54th and 55th streets.
