Located two blocks from the Denver city center, 1616 Pearl Street is an 8 story, 130,000 square foot co-living project consisting of 77, four and five bedroom units, 4000 square feet of ground floor restaurant and a vast exterior rooftop amenity deck. The two adjacent sites contain pre-war historic residential buildings that drive the design. The design respects the scale and proportion of the historic buildings by horizontally aligning with the historic structures at the lower levels. Vertical recesses are cut into the building to break up the mass and create a rhythm at the urban edge that honors the proportion of the historic structures.
