Repeat client Epoch Investment Partners required a larger, functional corporate office that would maintain the warmth and personal feel of its previous boutique space. MKDA helped evolve Epoch’s workplace and establish a new environment to enhance and facilitate its evolving corporate culture, reflect its prominent position in the industry and reaffirm its brand.

Details include rich stone from Greece; custom walnut finishes and furniture; state-of-the-art lighting, audio visual and teleconferencing; ergonomic seating; a double board room with Skyfold partition, and a steel-and-glass staircase set within a double-height reception area. Special commissioned elements include a custom hand-knotted area carpet; contemporary painting, and a unique art collection including custom sculpted glass panels.
