For Ofizzina, a 16-story, ground-up Coral Gables office condo building, MKDA designed a modern, sophisticated and high-tech interiors package that would attract international businesses seeking high-end office condos.The design includes a lobby with warm grey stone flooring and applied grey wood walls sets the tone for the space.A high-tech interactive directory adjacent to a custom backlit glass reception desk also adds excitement. Linear light installations were used as way finding to direct individuals through the space. This approach was also carried throughout the common areas.
In addition to the lobby, the interiors package includes luxurious amenity spaces such as a gym and rooftop terrace. The terrace overlooks gorgeous panoramic views of Brickelll and Downtown and frames the Miami sunset. The fitness center has Peloton Cycles, cardio and weight training machines and dedicated men’s and women’s locker rooms.
